FAQ
Questions about financial statements
Do annual statements cost extra?
No. Year-end closing, the financial statements, the corporate income tax return and their filing are included in the monthly bookkeeping fee.
Does my company need an audit?
An audit is required when the company exceeds the size criteria set by law. We check this at the start of the year and, if needed, prepare documents for the auditor.
Who files the statements with the Centre of Registers?
We do, through the Centre of Registers system, once the shareholders or members have approved them.
Do you prepare consolidated statements?
Yes, under a separate agreement. For groups we show a virtual consolidation every month.
