Groups of companies
Accounting for groups of companies
We keep related companies in one system. Every month management sees a virtual consolidation of the group, and the CFO advises how to use tax losses within the group.
We send a proposal within 24 hours.

FAQ
Questions about group accounting
How does virtual consolidation differ from consolidated financial statements?
Virtual consolidation is a monthly management report. Consolidated financial statements are prepared once a year as required by law; we prepare them under a separate agreement.
When can tax losses be transferred?
When the parent holds at least 2/3 of the shares and the companies have been in the group for at least 2 years. The CFO checks the conditions and the benefit before the annual corporate income tax returns are filed.
Can the companies stay in different software?
Yes, but virtual consolidation and automation work best when all companies are kept in B1. We agree the migration in the proposal.
Where do we start?
With a list of all group companies, the ownership structure and the current state of the books. On that basis we prepare a handover plan and one proposal.
